AI disclosure
Where AI is used in the builder, what it does and does not decide, and what AI features inside your apps will carry.
1. Where AI is used
Vibeminter is built on AI models. They read your prompts, write the code and assets of your app, and check requests and replies for abuse. Your prompt and the project files go to the model provider for each turn.
The providers are named in the privacy policy.
2. What AI does not decide
- Whether Apple approves an app. Apple decides, and nobody can promise that it will.
- Whether your app is submitted. You decide what it does, what it says and whether it is submitted.
- Whether the result is protected by copyright. The code and assets are generated for you as they are, with no promise that they are protected or that they do not resemble other works.
3. Your prompts
We do not use your prompts to train models.
4. Safety checks
We check every request and every reply of the builder against the acceptable use policy, with rules and with a model. Apps that identify plants, mushrooms or medication, or track health, carry a safety disclaimer that cannot be removed, and their answers cannot claim that something is safe or make a medical decision.
5. AI inside the apps you build
AI features inside the apps you build are scheduled and are not built yet. This is what the plan says they will carry when they exist, not a description of today:
- a consent sheet before any user content goes to a third-party AI provider, as Apple requires;
- an "AI-generated" badge on every shareable output, and provenance marking on generated media;
- a notice that the user is talking to an AI at the start of a chat, repeated at least every three hours, and a notice wherever an AI voice plays;
- no synthetic voice or face of a real person.
6. Age
The service is for people who are at least 18 and of the age of majority where they live.
