Version 2026-10-13-draft-2
Privacy policy
What we keep, who processes it for us, how long we keep it and what you can do about it.
1. Who is responsible
Clashware Sarl, Switzerland, is responsible for the personal data of the Vibeminter builder. For the apps you build, you are responsible toward your own users and we act as your processor where we run parts of them for you.
2. What we keep
- Your account: the sign-in identity from our sign-in provider, your name and primary email, and the time and version of each thing you agreed to (the 18-plus statement and these texts).
- Your work: your projects, your prompts and the replies of the builder, the generated source of your apps and the previews of builds.
- Your money: the purchases you made, a ledger of every credit held, charged or refunded, and the payment reference. We never see or store your card number.
- Your Apple steps: the facts the publishing guide needs, and, if you hand it over, your App Store Connect key, sealed in your browser and held encrypted.
- Support: the messages you send us and our answers.
3. Why, and on what basis
To run the service you asked for and to keep the books (performance of a contract and legal duties), to keep the service safe, which includes checking prompts and replies for abuse (our legitimate interest), and, where we ask, with your consent. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your prompts to train models.
4. Who processes it for us
These are the processors the service runs on in this draft:
- Anthropic: the models that read your prompts, write your app and check requests and replies for abuse. Your prompt and the project files go to it for each turn.
- Clerk: sign-in and the verification of your email address.
- Stripe: payments. Stripe acts as the seller of record for credit and handles your payment details and the tax added to your price.
- Cloudflare: delivery of the site and its edge services, and email routing.
- Hetzner: the servers the control plane runs on.
When this list changes we tell you before the change takes effect. Some of these providers are outside Switzerland and the EU; where that is so, we rely on the safeguards the law allows.
5. How long
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account your workspace is marked as deleted and its data is scheduled for erasure. Building and buying stop at once; a session that was already open can still read your account for up to half a minute. The erasure itself is not carried out yet, and we promise no period for it in this draft. Accounting records, such as the ledger and your purchases, are kept as long as the law requires them. What exactly is kept after an erasure is to be fixed with counsel before the first deletion is carried out.
6. Your rights
You can read and export from your account page your profile, projects, purchases, credit ledger and support tickets, correct your name, and delete your account there. The export does not yet include your prompts, the events of your builds, the state of the Companion or the records of your age confirmation and terms acceptance; ask us for those. You may also ask us to restrict or stop a use, and you may complain to your data protection authority. In Switzerland that is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
7. Age
The service is for people who are at least 18 and of the age of majority where they live. You confirm this before your first build. We do not knowingly keep the data of anyone younger and we delete it when we learn of it.
